Description
ZRP320 is a flame detection module based on the infrared principle. It uses pyroelectric sensors and high-performance microprocessors. It is a flame detection module designed through the combination of different sensors. It has a built-in high-speed microcontroller to collect sensor signals and use reliable and efficient algorithms to effectively judge the fire. The interface is simple and the output signals are complete. Simply design a simple power circuit and relay circuit to develop a complete flame detector, shortening the product development cycle.

Response time | Four levels are represented by the number of green LED flashes, with the green light flashing every 3 seconds representing the alarm time level. The sensors don't have sleeping mode. It can be set in program if needed.

The sensor has been fully tested (not calibrated) before leaving the factory, but the module will be calibrated before leaving the factory.
However, after transportation and storage, the environment conditions change, and the surface of the sensor absorbs moisture, mixed gas, pollution matters, etc. It is recommended that customers perform aging and calibration after sensors become stable according to the program and use occasions of the whole device.
15﹪-90﹪RH without condensation,greater or less than this range or long-term high temperature and high humidity will affect the life of the sensor.
