Description
WS-30 Gas Sensor Test System is developed by Zhengzhou Weisheng Electronic Technology Co. It is mainly used for testing the characteristics of gas-sensitive components in experiments or mass production, and can test 30 gas-sensitive components at the same time. Through the processing of the test data, it can display the characteristics of the gas-sensitive components in two ways: graphic curve and data.
This system consists of hardware and software. According to the needs of general users, 30 data collection channels can be enabled at the same time during work, and some channels can also be selected.
The system hardware consists of PC, data acquisition module, lower computer, network cable and gas distribution box. The software is supported by Windows 7, W8, W10 and W11.
According to the user's needs, add the necessary hardware, such as automatic gas dispenser and probe table, etc. This system can automatically test the ambient temperature and humidity, and display them digitally on the main interface.
If the user needs, the test data can be stored, printed, etc., and other data processing software can be used to process the test data through data pasting. Excel worksheet can also be exported with optional test voltage, test resistance, response time, recovery time, voltage sensitivity and resistance sensitivity.

The sensors don't have sleeping mode. It can be set in program if needed.

The sensor has been fully tested (not calibrated) before leaving the factory. However, after transportation and storage, the environment conditions change, and the surface of the sensor absorbs moisture, mixed gas, pollution matters, etc. It is recommended that customers perform aging and calibration after sensors become stable according to the program and use occasions of the whole device.
